  1. What are the cookies sent by this Site used for?

The sending and use of Cookies by third parties are subject to the privacy protection policies of these third parties. We inform you of the purpose of the Cookies of which we are aware and of the means available to you to make choices with regard to these Cookies.

2.2.1. Sending of Cookies on our Site by third parties due to third-party applications integrated into our Site

We may include third-party applications on our Site that enable you to share the content of our Site with other people, or to inform these other people of your consultation or opinion concerning the content of our Site. This is particularly the case with “Share” and “Like” buttons from social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Viadeo, etc. You can accept or reject these buttons at any time. You can accept or refuse them by clicking on the “Enabled” button.
The social network providing this application button may identify you, even if you have not clicked on this button when consulting our Site. In fact, this type of application button may enable the social network concerned to track your browsing on our Site, simply because your account with the social network concerned is activated on your terminal (open session) during your browsing on our Site. We invite you to consult the privacy protection policies of these social networks in order to learn about the purposes of use, in particular advertising, of the browsing information they may collect through these application buttons. This Cookie is likely, subject to your choices, to be recorded in your terminal and to allow us to recognise the browser of your terminal during the period of validity of the Cookie concerned. The Cookies we send in this way enable us:
• to count the number of times our advertising content is displayed and activated on third-party sites/applications, to identify this content and these sites/applications, and to determine the number of users who clicked on each piece of content;
• to calculate the sums owed to the players in the advertising distribution chain (advertising agency, advertising network, distribution site/support) and to draw up statistics;
• to adapt the presentation of the site to which one of our advertising contents leads, according to the display preferences of your terminal (language used, display resolution, operating system used, etc.) during your visits to our Site and according to the hardware and software for viewing or reading that your terminal has, as well as according to the location data (longitude and latitude) that is transmitted to us (or to our service providers) by your terminal with your prior consent;
• to follow the subsequent navigation carried out by your terminal on sites/applications or on other advertising contents.

  1. What is the purpose of having advertisements tailored to your browsing?

Our aim is to present you with the most relevant advertising possible. To this end, cookie technology makes it possible to determine in real time which advertisements to display on a terminal, based on recent browsing on one or more sites or applications. Your interest in the advertising content displayed on your terminal when you visit a site often determines the site’s advertising revenue, enabling it to operate its services, which are often provided to users free of charge. In the same way, advertisers who wish to see their advertisements displayed are interested in displaying their offers to users likely to be most concerned by them.

  1. Your choices regarding cookies

You have several options for managing cookies. Any changes you make may affect your Internet browsing experience and your access to certain services requiring the use of cookies. You may at any time express and modify your wishes with regard to Cookies, by the means described below. You can configure your browser so that cookies are stored on your terminal or, conversely, so that they are rejected, either systematically or depending on the sender. You can also configure your browsing software so that you are offered the option of accepting or rejecting Cookies occasionally, before a Cookie is likely to be stored on your terminal.

4.1. Agreement on cookies
The recording of a Cookie in a terminal is essentially subject to the will of the terminal user. The User can express and modify this will at any time free of charge through the choices offered to him by his browsing software. If you have accepted the storage of Cookies on your terminal, the Cookies integrated into the pages and content you have consulted may be stored temporarily in a dedicated space on your terminal. They will only be readable there by their sender.

4.2. Refusal of cookies
If you refuse to accept cookies on your terminal, or if you delete the cookies stored on it, you will no longer be able to benefit from a certain number of functions which are nevertheless necessary for browsing certain areas of our Site. This would be the case if you tried to access our content or services that require you to identify yourself. This would also be the case if we – or our service providers – were unable to recognise, for technical compatibility purposes, the type of browser used by your terminal, its language and display settings or the country from which your terminal appears to be connected to the Internet.
Where applicable, we decline all responsibility for the consequences linked to the worsened operation of our services resulting from the impossibility for us to record or consult the Cookies necessary for their operation and which you have refused or deleted.

4.3. How to exercise your choices?

4.3.1 Information banner

You have the option of refusing or accepting the deposit of Cookies on your terminal, when a pop-up window is displayed on opening the Site.
By clicking on “Accept”, you consent to the use of these Cookies.
By clicking on “Reject”, you refuse the use of these Cookies
By clicking on “Personalise my choices”, you can (i) consult information relating to Cookies and our partners and (ii) accept Cookies in full by means of the “Activate all” buttons or make your choice according to the types of Cookies by clicking on “Save settings”.
Your choices are retained for six (6) months.

4.3.2 Navigation software

To manage Cookies and your choices, the configuration of each browser is different. This is described in your browser’s help menu, which will tell you how to modify your cookie preferences.

4.4 Your choices expressed online to inter-professional platforms
You can connect to the www.youronlinechoices.com website, offered by digital advertising professionals grouped together within the European Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA) and managed in France by the Interactive Advertising Bureau France.
This European platform is shared by hundreds of Internet advertising professionals, and constitutes a centralised interface enabling you to express your refusal or acceptance of Cookies likely to be used to adapt the advertising likely to be displayed on your terminal to your browsing habits. Please note that this procedure will not prevent the display of advertisements on the websites you visit. It will only block technologies that allow us to adapt advertising to your centres of interest.

  1. If you share the use of your terminal with others

If your terminal is used by several people, and when the same terminal has several browsers, we cannot be certain that the services and advertising intended for your terminal correspond to your own use of this terminal and not to that of another user of this terminal. Where applicable, you are free to decide whether to share the use of your terminal with others, and to configure your browser settings with regard to cookies.

  1. Personal data and browsing information

We may adapt the offers and advertisements we send you to information relating to your browsing on our Site or on sites or services published by third parties and on which we send Cookies.
Insofar as you have provided us with personal data concerning yourself, in particular your electronic contact details, when registering or accessing our Site, we are likely, subject to your choices, to associate browsing information relating to your terminal, processed by the Cookies that we send, with your personal data. This is done in order to send you electronic prospecting or to display on your terminal, within advertising spaces containing Cookies that we send, personalised advertising that is specifically intended for you and likely to be of personal interest to you.
You may ask us at any time to stop receiving advertising or prospecting tailored to your terminal’s browsing information, by contacting us directly and free of charge, or by using the unsubscribe link included in any prospecting that we may send you by e-mail. In this case, the advertisements you may continue to receive, unless you object to them, will no longer be adapted to your terminal’s browsing habits. Furthermore, in the event that we envisage obtaining from a third party (targeted advertising service provider, advertising agency, etc.), browsing information from your terminal that we could associate with the personal data with which you have provided us, we will first seek your explicit consent before proceeding with such an association and sending you the resulting advertising or prospecting canvassing.
