lessenteursgourmandes.fr is a website accessible at www.lessenteursgourmandes.fr, whose purpose is the sale of products to non-professional customers.

Access to www.lessenteursgourmandes.fr is subject to the user’s unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, which is given at the time of the first online connection.
NOVI reserves the right to modify its General Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. III. User behaviour
The User agrees not to publish on the Site, by any means whatsoever:
• Any content that is abusive, contrary to public decency, criminal, illegal or which violates a person’s privacy,
• Any advertising material in any form whatsoever,
• Any content or computer program of a viral nature.
The User shall refrain from interfering with the proper operation of the Site, in particular by creating a saturation point, flooding the server, saturating the messaging system or breaching the Site’s security and authentication measures.
NOVI cannot be held responsible for the actions of the User of its Site.
In the event that the User behaves in a manner contrary to these General Terms and Conditions of Use, NOVI may, at any time and without notice, terminate the use of the Site by the User in question and delete any comments contrary to these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
NOVI reserves the right to claim damages from the User for any harm suffered as a result of the User’s actions.
IV. Management of reviews
NOVI has established rules for the collection, vetting and return of reviews.
These rules can be consulted when the review is collected by clicking on the hypertext link “Review management rules”. The User (hereinafter referred to as the “Reviewer”) certifies:
• That he/she is a natural person
• That he/she is not in a conflict of interest situation
• That he/she has personally had the consumer experience for which he/she is submitting a review
Reviews that do not meet these criteria will be rejected.
NOVI reserves the right to contact the Author of the review in order to verify the authenticity of the review and request additional information.
Reviews are collected from customers who have purchased a product in a store or on the www.lessenteursgourmandes.fr website. No compensation is provided in exchange for submitting a review.
The following information is collected during the collection process:
• Pseudonym (required)
The chosen pseudonym must not correspond to the name of an individual or company, nor to a brand name. It must not contain the name “LES SENTEURS GOURMANDES”, nor be rude, insulting or illegal.

• Review (optional)
The Author of the review undertakes to:
• comply with all regulations, particularly those concerning intellectual property, competition law, consumer law, etc.
• avoid copying the comments or reviews of others
• avoid SMS language, misspellings and foul language.
NOVI does not guide reviews.
A vetting process is implemented to ensure that reviews comply with French law and the rules set out in the present article. By vetting, we mean the operations of reading and human analysis of the review with a view to its publication or rejection.
Vetting is systematic, manual and independent of article content.
Reviews are vetted within a maximum of 8 days of submission.
A review may be rejected for the following reasons:
• If the chosen pseudonym does not comply with the aforementioned rules.
• If NOVI considers that its civil or criminal liability may be incurred.
• If the Author of the review does not respond to operations to verify the authenticity of the review.
• If the textual content contains insults or profanity or is unintelligible.
• If elements relating to the identity of the Author contain insults or profanities
• If the textual content includes random characters or word sequences without any meaning.
• If the content (text, document, image, etc.) is unrelated to the subject assessed.
• If the attributes of the review contain concrete elements of conflicts of interest.
• If the textual content is so poorly written as to be unintelligible.
• If the author of the review makes an inappropriate comment about another piece of content or its author.
• If the textual content intended for publication contains personal information, such as the first or last name of individuals, a telephone number, a precise physical address or an e-mail address.
• If the textual content contains a credit card number, social security number, bank account number or any other information likely to lead to identity theft.
• If the textual content indicates that the reviewer did not have a consumer experience.
• If the textual content includes a call for legal action.
• If the content mentions websites, hyperlinks, URLs, email addresses or telephone numbers, including those of the customer.
• If the textual content is clearly spam.
• If the elements describing the consumer experience are not filled in.
• If the review submitted corresponds to an identified complaint, or is in fact a complaint.
• If the reviewer’s comment is inappropriate, as it has to relate only to the product purchased and not to a competing product.
• If NOVI’s authorised distributor contracts do not authorise the publication of reviews.
Reviews are returned within a maximum of 10 days of their submission, including moderation.
The published review will include the following information: pseudonym, date the review was published, date of purchase, rating and, if applicable, a comment on the consumer’s experience.
Reviews are returned in their entirety and cannot be unilaterally modified by NOVI.
They are sorted by default from newest to oldest.
The rating for each product is based on the average of the ratings submitted for that product.
The number of reviews giving each of the ratings taken into account in this calculation is specified.
Once a review has been submitted and/or published, its Author may request its deletion or modification by contacting customer service at the following address: contact@lessenteursgourmandes.fr
If a review is not published within 10 days of submission, it has been rejected. The author can contact customer service at contact@lessenteursgourmandes.fr to find out why the review has been rejected. NOVI offers the possibility of rectifying the rejected review and resubmitting it for vetting.
Reviews will be published on www.lessenteursgourmandes.fr
The Author of the review must be aware of the public nature of the review and accepts that his review may be freely consulted by any user.
Reviews may also be used and reproduced by NOVI on its communication media, if the reviewer authorises NOVI to do so when submitting the review by ticking the following box: “I authorise NOVI to use and reproduce my review on its various communication media”. In this case, NOVI undertakes to preserve the review author’s anonymity by publishing only his or her pseudonym.
NOVI reserves the right to delete and/or cease soliciting the review of an Author who is known to have published illicit or inappropriate content.
Reviews are kept for a minimum of three years, unless the Author of the review exercises his right of withdrawal. The expiry date is five years from the date of submission of the review.
NOVI reserves the right to terminate the collection and publication of customer reviews without prior notice.
V. Site management
For the proper management of the site, NOVI may at any time:
• suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the site, reserve access to the site, or to certain parts of the site, to a specific category of Internet user;
• delete any information that may disrupt its operation or contravene national or international laws;
• suspend the site in order to update it.
VI. Liability
NOVI declines all liability in the event of:
• direct or indirect damage caused to the user, whatever the nature, resulting from the content, access or use of the www.lessenteursgourmandes.fr site interruption or momentary impossibility of access to the www.lessenteursgourmandes.fr site for technical maintenance operations, site updating or due to technical problems, whatever the origin or source.
• abnormal use or illicit exploitation of the www.lessenteursgourmandes.fr site. The User is entirely responsible for his or her equipment used to connect to the site, and must take all appropriate measures to protect his or her equipment and data, in particular from virus attacks via the Internet. The User is also solely responsible for the sites and data he/she consults.
NOVI may not be held liable in the event of legal proceedings against the User as a result of:

• the User’s failure to comply with these general terms and conditions.
NOVI will make every effort to delete any User comments that are abusive, contrary to good morals or deemed inappropriate with respect to these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
VII. Applicable law
This site and its terms and conditions of use are governed by French law. The French courts have territorial jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the content and use of the site.
